How it works
- Talk it through. Where you want to live, what you can spend, and what has to be true about the home. If you need a lender, we can point you to several.
- Sign a buyer agreement. Florida brokerages put the terms in writing before showings, including how your agent is paid. We'll go through every line with you.
- Get new listings first. Your agent sets up an MLS search covering every brokerage, so new homes reach you the day they're listed.
- Tour, offer, negotiate. Your agent books showings, prices the offer from recent sales, and negotiates repairs after inspection.
- Close. We work with the title company and lender to keep the deadlines on track through closing day.
